- Reconstitution: Bacteriostatic water recommended for research applications
-
Important Notice:
MINIMUM RECONSTITUTION VOLUME REQUIRED 2ml Bacteriostatic water (3ml reccomended)
Reconstitution Requirements
- Kisspeptin-10 (fragment) requires a minimum of 2ml (3ml reccomended) bacteriostatic water for proper reconstitution.
- Ensure both bacteriostatic water and peptide vial are at room temperature (20c-25c) for reconstitution.
- Consider warming bacteriostatic water in a warm water bath to achieve adequate temperature before adding to the vial
- Let the solution rest at room temperature, gently swirling ocassionally, until fully disolved.
Why This Matters
Due to the highly hydrophobic properties of this peptide, using less than 2ml of bacteriostatic water may result in:
- Incomplete dissolution
- Compromised product integrity
- Inaccurate concentration measurements
- Reproductive neuroendocrine pathway research
- GnRH neuron activation mechanism studies
- Hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis regulation research
